Such acquisitions may be completed in various ways including transactions involving entities in which we are already a partner; public and private portfolio transactions; single asset transactions; and entering into joint ventures; maximizing the value of our existing portfolio through aggressive asset management. We will work with the managers of our hotels to reduce operating costs and increase revenues; as well as conducting selective capital improvements and expansions designed to improve operations;
